General Terms and Applicability

These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to all users ("members" or "you") of the royal baji platform. These Terms form a legal agreement between royal baji and the user of the service. By accessing the royal baji website, registering, placing bets, or playing games, you fully agree to these Terms.

royal baji reserves the right to change, add to, or revise these Terms at any time. If a member continues to use the service after any such change, they will be considered to have automatically accepted the updated Terms. All members are advised to review this page regularly.

Although these Terms are written in Bengali, the English version will take precedence in the event of any interpretive conflict. If members have any questions, they may contact the royal baji support team, which is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Eligibility and Age Requirements

The following eligibility criteria must be met to participate on the royal baji platform:

• Members must be at least 21 years of age. Registration by minors is strictly prohibited.
• Members must verify their identity with a valid government-issued ID.
• Each person may open only one account; operating multiple accounts is prohibited.
• Registration is not permitted from any region or jurisdiction where receiving online gaming or betting services is prohibited by law.
• Members are responsible for staying informed about the legal restrictions in their own area.

Providing false information in any age verification process will result in permanent closure of the account and forfeiture of all funds held in it.

Account Registration and Verification

When registering with royal baji, members must provide accurate and complete information. The name, date of birth, email, and mobile number provided at registration will later be verified against official identity documents.

3.1 Accuracy of Information

All information provided by the member at registration must be true and accurate. If any information changes, it is the member's responsibility to update it through account settings or by contacting the support team.

3.2 Account Security

Members are solely responsible for keeping their username and password confidential. If unauthorised access to an account is suspected, the royal baji support team must be notified immediately. Using another person's account, or allowing others to use your account, is strictly prohibited.

3.3 KYC Verification Process

Before a withdrawal can be processed, members must complete identity verification (KYC) using a national ID card or passport. Withdrawal requests cannot be processed until verification is complete.

Deposits and Withdrawals

royal baji provides easy transactions through widely used mobile banking services in Bangladesh. Deposits and withdrawals can be made via: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer (including Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and other major commercial banks).

4.1 Minimum Amounts

• Minimum deposit: ৳500 (per method)
• Minimum withdrawal: ৳1,000

4.2 Withdrawal Processing Time

Approved withdrawals are generally processed within 1 hour. However, processing time may vary in exceptional circumstances or if additional verification is required.

4.3 Transaction Terms

• Withdrawals may be required to use the same method as the original deposit.
• The name on the bank account or mobile wallet must match the name on the member's account.
• Transactions through any third party are not permitted.
• Transactions in cryptocurrency or foreign currency are not accepted.
• royal baji reserves the right to investigate and suspend any suspicious transaction.

Bonuses and Promotions

royal baji runs various bonuses and promotional offers for members. Specific terms apply to each offer, and members should read them carefully before claiming.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳20,000. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 25 times the bonus amount. Example: depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳1,000 bonus, making total balance ৳2,000; to withdraw, ৳1,000 × 25 = ৳25,000 in wagers must be completed.

5.2 Other Ongoing Offers

• Weekly Reload Bonus: 30% bonus on eligible deposits, up to ৳8,000; wagering 20x.
• Slot Festival Bonus: 50% bonus, up to ৳12,000; wagering 25x.
• Cricket Season Bonus: 40% bonus, up to ৳10,000; wagering 18x.
• Birthday Reward: up to ৳2,000; wagering 10x.
• Refer a Friend Bonus: up to ৳3,000; wagering 12x.

5.3 General Bonus Terms

• Bonuses are never cash; they cannot be withdrawn until wagering requirements are met.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be active at the same time unless explicitly permitted.
• If abuse of the bonus system is suspected, royal baji reserves the right to cancel the bonus and investigate the account.

VIP Program

The royal baji VIP program offers special benefits to active and loyal members. There are five VIP tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond. Cashback applies on weekly net losses.

• Bronze: up to 0.3% weekly cashback
• Silver: up to 0.6% weekly cashback
• Gold: up to 0.9% weekly cashback
• Platinum: up to 1.2% weekly cashback
• Diamond: up to 1.5% weekly cashback

Cashback is calculated on total net losses for the week (total losses minus total winnings). Example: a Gold member with a ৳20,000 net loss in a week receives a maximum cashback of ৳20,000 × 0.9% = ৳180. VIP tier changes depend on the member's activity and participation.

Gaming Policy

The following rules must be followed when playing games and placing bets on the royal baji platform:

7.1 Fair Play Policy

• Any form of fraud, manipulation, or software-assisted unfair advantage is strictly prohibited.
• Using multiple accounts to gain bonus benefits will result in account closure.
• Any winnings obtained from technical errors or bugs will be voided and cannot be withdrawn.

7.2 Placing Bets

Once a bet is confirmed, it generally cannot be changed or cancelled. In sports betting, if an event is cancelled or postponed, royal baji's decision will be final. For live gaming or casino games, server data will be accepted as the final record.

7.3 Responsible Gaming

Account Suspension and Closure

royal baji may suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice in any of the following circumstances:

• Violation of any provision of these Terms
• Providing false or misleading information
• Operating multiple accounts
• Abuse of the bonus program or attempted fraud
• Suspicious financial activity
• Failure to cooperate with KYC verification
• Account closure at the member's own request

If there are any pending withdrawal requests at the time of account closure and no rule violation is proven, eligible funds will be returned after the investigation is complete.

Privacy and Data Protection

royal baji places the highest importance on protecting members' personal information. SSL encryption technology is used on the platform to keep all transactions and data transfers secure.

Personal information will not be sold or disclosed to any third party without the member's consent, except where required by law, in which case it may be provided to the relevant authorities.

Limitation of Liability

royal baji will not be liable in the following circumstances:

• Issues with games or bets caused by internet disconnection or device failure
• Temporary service interruption due to unexpected technical failure
• Loss resulting from a member disclosing their account credentials to others
• Failure of third-party services or payment gateways
• Service disruption caused by natural disaster, war, or government directive

In any case, royal baji's maximum liability shall not exceed the member's actual account balance.

Dispute Resolution

If a dispute arises with a member, an attempt will first be made to resolve it by contacting royal baji's support team directly. The support team is available 24/7 in Bengali and English via live chat and email.

If a matter cannot be resolved through the support team, it will be referred to royal baji's senior management for review. All claims must be raised within a reasonable time; claims made more than 30 days after the incident may not be considered.
